Here are some of the best chiropractic exercises to improve balance:-

Single-leg balance:

Stand on one foot and hold the position for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Repeat on the other foot. To make it more challenging, close your eyes or stand on an unstable surface, such as a pillow.
